Key Responsibilities
  • Participate actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Serve as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance program visibility and foster collaboration.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and promote the mission of Sierra Vista in the broader community.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as private organizations to secure program funding and support.
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth by attending conferences, workshops, and meetings related to mental health to stay informed of best practices.
  • Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Monitor client progress, adapt therapeutic approaches as needed, and document all interactions in line with legal and ethical standards of record-keeping.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to case discussions to optimize client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related disorders. You will utilize a person-centered approach, empowering clients to take control of their recovery while helping them engage meaningfully with their communities. By providing tailored support, you will help foster resilience and independence among your clients, equipping them with the tools necessary for long-term success.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
  • Possession of an independent license: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of record-keeping procedures and confidentiality concerning client charts.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
