• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members by participating in case discussions and contributing to holistic treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions in mental health trends and evidence-based practices.

As a licensed counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health concerns. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be vital in facilitating their journey toward improved mental wellness and personal growth.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health counseling.
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and teletherapy technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for establishing rapport with a broad range of clients.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse disorders, or trauma-focused counseling.
• Experience in developing and delivering group therapy sessions is highly valued.
• Proven track record of collaborative teamwork within a behavioral health context.

Adelphi Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
