Your future role at a glance

Location: Partially remote. Potential travel between Milwaukee and Chicago area.

Facility: Ascension Medical Center Elk Grove Village

Department: Real Estate   

Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week

Salary: $65,712.77 - $91,599.55

How you'll make an impact in this role

Support the real estate transaction team with a portfolio of medical office buildings and other related properties. Prepare reports and manages lease agreement activities enabling the real estate department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with ministry administration, departments and key stakeholders, including real estate service providers, associates, brokers, attorneys, and consultants, to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and site selection activities for both owned and leased properties.
  • Track daily activities and drive process improvement and work process efficiencies to achieve performance metrics. Maintain real estate portfolio management and supports management strategies.
  • Prepare reports, presentation, or communication for leadership meetings, client meetings, or other data sharing events.
  • Collect, aggregate, input, and export real estate data into various databases and assists in maintaining accurate data within the system of record.
  • Manage submission of reports/request deadlines and coordinates circulation of transaction documents for execution.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Knowledge of leasing in healthcare or healthcare adjacent preferred.
  • Understanding of property management preferred.
  • Location preference would be a candidate around the Kenosha area. Role is hybrid with movement to Chicago and up to Milwaukee, thus living in that area is preferred.
