THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of HR & Talent Acquisition to lead and support our people operations. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources and talent acquisition, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent to drive our continued growth.

You will be a key partner to leadership, fostering an environment where employees thrive, managers are equipped to lead effectively, and business objectives align with people strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Leadership Development & Manager Effectiveness: Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership development programs that strengthen management capabilities across the organization.

  • Provide coaching, resources, and training to help leaders effectively manage performance, drive accountability, navigate employee relations matters, and develop high-performing teams.

  • Build and facilitate leadership training programs focused on coaching, communication, accountability, performance management, employee development, and effective team leadership.

  • Partner with executives to strengthen leadership effectiveness and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

People Operations & Compliance: Lead HR policies, programs, and compliance initiatives that support a high-performance culture while ensuring adherence to employment laws and best practices.


Employee Engagement & Culture:
Champion employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, professional development, and organizational culture.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Stay up to date on innovative recruiting strategies and workforce trends to attract top talent, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, talent development, and people-related business decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including talent acquisition, people operations, employee relations, and organizational development.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership training, management development programs, and employee learning initiatives.

  • Experience creating scalable leadership frameworks, management operating systems, or manager enablement programs that drive accountability and performance.

  • Experience supporting leaders in high-growth, fast-paced, and remote-first environments.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting and employer branding strategies that attract and retain top talent.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
