• Conduct therapeutic sessions, both in group and individual formats, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Assess and evaluate client mental health conditions, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to establish comprehensive care strategies.
• Support client families by providing education and resources needed to manage their loved ones' mental health challenges.
• Address barriers to recovery, employing motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate client engagement and commitment to treatment goals.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Our client-focused approach emphasizes creating a safe space where individuals feel heard and valued, ensuring that therapy is tailored to meet their unique needs.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted LMHC licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proficient understanding of medication management and its effects on treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills necessary to build rapport with clients and encourage change.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, grounded in cultural competence and respect for diverse backgrounds.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Experience in teletherapy or virtual mental health services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with standardized assessment tools to evaluate mental health status effectively.
• Background in family systems theory and experience working with families in a therapeutic context.

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
