As part of our remote team, you will work from the comfort of your home, utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct sessions with clients. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, identifying key areas for intervention and support.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapies, ensuring that methods are tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions via teletherapy to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly assess their progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular supervision and provide peer consultation to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, all facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise in family therapy, couples counseling, and trauma-informed care will be invaluable as you help clients navigate their unique situations, fostering resilience and personal growth.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.
• Strong understanding of best practices in mental health counseling and a thorough knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to a client-centered approach.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance use challenges is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working in a remote counseling capacity is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
