• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional needs, using standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, fostering their journey towards recovery.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues.
• Monitor client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention services swiftly and effectively, ensuring clients in distress receive immediate care and support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records that comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record system.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s health.
• Stay abreast of emerging best practices in mental health therapy by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to sharpen clinical skills, discuss challenging cases, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and standards set forth by appropriate licensing boards and professional organizations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse group of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with clients of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. This includes engaging with families to provide a robust support system, as well as conducting group therapy that leverages peer support for communal healing and understanding.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and therapeutic knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients.
• Empathetic and dedicated to enhancing client well-being with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practices.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the field.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling in clinical settings.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR to address a variety of client issues.
• Proven track record of effectively managing crisis situations and providing appropriate interventions.
• Experience in facilitating group therapies and workshops is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives may be available based on performance and contributions to the organization. Our robust benefits package includes:
