• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all record-keeping practices, adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training opportunities, and participation in relevant continuing education.
• Consult with colleagues to stay informed regarding the latest advancements and research in mental health treatment methodologies.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults who are seeking assistance with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet their unique cultural and personal contexts will be vital in fostering trust and engagement.

• Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• A valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills to effectively diagnose and address mental health issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to treat all clients with empathy, compassion, and respect for their unique experiences.
• Proven ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team player.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practices.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working in a community health setting is a plus.
