This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual consultations, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
  • Assist clients in establishing achievable mental health goals, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policy, ensuring ethical standards are met.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, trainings, and supervision sessions to stay knowledgeable about emerging trends and research in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is mandatory.
