• Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients struggling with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.
• Provide direct clinical interventions including individual, group, and family therapies via telehealth platforms, ensuring clients receive effective support in a timely manner.
• Monitor client progress continually and adjust treatment plans as needed, facilitating timely interventions during critical moments of the recovery process.
• Assist clients in crisis intervention situations, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate therapeutic measures to ensure safety and stabilization.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to create a cohesive support network for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Document all interactions and maintain client records in accordance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Provide on-call support as assigned during after-hours to ensure continuous care for clients.

Your primary focus will be on clients seeking recovery from substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and emotional disturbances. You will work with a diverse clientele, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs while respecting individual histories, cultures, and experiences. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals empower themselves and reclaim their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating diverse populations, particularly in crisis management and risk assessment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity when engaging clients.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple cases effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a detox or mental health treatment setting.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices for addiction and mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
