The chosen candidate will operate in a supportive outpatient setting, where clinical autonomy is encouraged. Our clinic prioritizes work-life balance, offering work schedules that fit your needs. The role allows for flexibility to choose your caseload and hours, with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using a systemic and relational approach tailored to their unique experiences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific emotional and relational needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with our organizational policies.
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, contributing to discussions and supervision that enhances the quality of care.
• Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards according to Arizona state regulations and the ethical guidelines of professional practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse spectrum of patients, encompassing individuals and families facing various emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As an LMFT, you will utilize a relational lens to facilitate healing and address systemic dynamics that impact mental health. Your therapeutic interventions will guide clients toward achieving personal and relational goals, thereby fostering significant improvements in their overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Active Arizona LMFT license or eligibility to obtain one is a must.
• Strong foundational knowledge in family systems theory and relational therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-focused environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings, facilitating therapy for a variety of clinical concerns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing treatment strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competence in handling sensitive issues.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You may also choose between a W2 or 1099 employment model, providing you with options that best suit your financial planning.
