AO Globe Life is adding Entry-Level Sales Account Representatives to its remote team. You'll work directly with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs, helping them understand their options and complete the appropriate next steps.

You'll receive structured training and ongoing coaching while learning the sales process, client communication, and day-to-day responsibilities of the role.

What You'll Handle

  • Conduct scheduled phone and virtual appointments with clients
  • Learn about client needs and identify appropriate benefit options
  • Explain information clearly and answer client questions
  • Assist with applications, documentation, and enrollment steps
  • Follow up with clients when additional information is needed
  • Maintain accurate client and activity records
  • Participate in online training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Develop stronger sales and relationship-management skills through daily client interactions
