The Mental Health Counselor will work within a community-based health clinic, leveraging a remote work model that prioritizes both professional engagement and personal well-being. • Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic meets and exceeds all required standards.
• Serve as a liaison among service systems, state agencies, and community partners to strengthen service delivery and outcomes.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private organizations, to promote our programs and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and participating in relevant statewide meetings.
• Advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy in all professional interactions and activities.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team objectives.
