The Contract ConceptOne (C1) trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training that elevates employee skills, performance, and organizational capability related to the C1 platform. This role supports all roles impacted by the C1 platform as a new platform; platform updates and enhances and routine platform releases. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop impactful role-based curriculum, and deliver effective engaging learning experiences to the identified audiences. The Analyst also measures training effectiveness and uses data-driven insights to continuously improve learning solutions and experiences.

Position Summary:
The Contract ConceptOne (C1) Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training that elevates employee skills, performance, and organizational capability related to the C1 platform. This role supports all roles impacted by the C1 platform as a new platform; platform updates and enhances and routine platform releases. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop impactful role-based curriculum, and deliver effective engaging learning experiences to the identified audiences. The Analyst also measures training effectiveness and uses data-driven insights to continuously improve learning solutions and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Needs Analysis & ConceptOne (C1) Learning Program Design, Development and Delivery
  • Understand the C1 platform release sequencing and the impact to specific roles/business functions.
  • Understand the C1 platform new configurations and identify organizational and role-based training needs related to the C1 platform.
  • Translate C1 updates and new functions to role-based business needs into targeted learning deliverables through instructional design and training delivery methods and post learning event guides and job aids.
  • Design learning activities and supporting materials for instructor-led, virtual, web-based, simulation-based training, and self-directed learning.
  • Design role-based learning journey support and related materials; including and not limited to pre-learning materials, learning events; manager support; post learning support i.e.: Job Aids.
  • Understand and demonstrate learning delivery which articulates the difference between 'knowledge', 'skill' and 'behavior'.

Program Development & Delivery:
  • Develop training solutions aligned to established content design plans, quality standards, budgets, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end learning initiatives, including scheduling sessions, coordinating logistics, managing enrollments, tracking attendance and learning metrics and outcomes.
  • Drive communications, reporting, and coordination for role-based business training C1 programs.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of learner progress, completion, and learning metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize LMS usage and other learning delivery models as applicable.
  • Manage, maintain and update all learning materials related to C1 and learner supporting content.

Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze learning data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness, learner success and business impact.
  • Generate reports and insights for stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Use feedback, evaluations, and metrics to recommend enhancements and optimize role-based learning.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership:
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to support professional development, career progression, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives, where applicable.
  • Liaise with external training vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver specialized or supplemental learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management resources in support of Learning Journey development, skills assessment and post learning support.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training & Development, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) .
  • Familiarity with Insurance and Finance background

Work Environment & Additional Information
  • Role may support employees across multiple geographies and delivery modalities. Some travel may be required.
  • Occasional coordination with external vendors and global stakeholders may be required.
  • Position supports organizational learning priorities and enterprise-wide capability building.
