This remote position allows counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to our mission of helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. Our team utilizes cutting-edge telehealth platforms, ensuring clients have accessible and consistent support, regardless of geographical barriers. The regular workweek consists of a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a stable routine devoid of weekend obligations. Additionally, our remote infrastructure emphasizes collaboration and professional growth through regular virtual meetings and training sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, considering their background, experiences, and specific challenges related to addiction.
• Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans designed to align with each client’s unique goals and promote long-term recovery.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic methodologies such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engaging psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence with both legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case reviews, and professional development programs to enhance skill sets and improve service delivery.

The ideal candidates will work with a diverse client base, including individuals in crisis due to substance use disorders, trauma experiences, and co-occurring mental health issues. We understand that each client presents unique challenges, which requires counselors to possess high emotional intelligence, flexibility, and the ability to forge strong therapeutic alliances.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Must hold an independent LMHC license in the state of Florida.

• Previous experience working within a community health setting or crisis intervention environment is highly valued.
