As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Pathway to Healing, you will have the flexibility to work from your own home or a location of your choice. Our outpatient office provides a virtual setting where therapists can interact with clients in a secure and comfortable environment. • Conduct detailed mental health assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs of each client, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.
• Engage with clients to discuss their progress, challenges, and therapeutic goals, while maintaining a supportive and non-judgmental demeanor throughout the treatment process.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to individual client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
• Participate in continuous education, professional development, and team collaborations to enhance clinical skills and foster an environment of learning and growth.

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele experiencing a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues, among others. Our clients come from various backgrounds, necessitating culturally competent care strategies and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet their distinct needs.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients in a remote setting, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to display empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to effectively manage multiple therapy sessions and required documentation.

• Experience working with online therapy platforms and digital documentation systems is advantageous.
• Background in providing treatment for a spectrum of mental health issues, especially in the context of remote therapy.
• Prior experience in collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team or network of therapists is highly desirable.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
