Work Environment

This position is designed to be entirely remote, enabling you to offer therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home or preferred work environment. While you will primarily engage in teletherapy, there will also be occasions to collaborate in our outpatient office in Hillsboro, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing various standardized tools and interventions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client evaluations, aligning with their goals and progress.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, tailored specifically to meet client needs.
  • Regularly set and adjust therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring a transparent and collaborative approach to treatment.
  • Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients' preferences or accessibility challenges, ensuring consistent support regardless of geographical barriers.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer consultation, thereby enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current, valid license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, allowing for the establishment of a trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrable empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' varied experiences.
