Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using well-established evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation to adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Facilitate educational psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at empowering clients and families.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
