Become a Key Player as a Digital & IT Team Lead

As a Digital & IT Team Lead, you will drive delivery of ERP and BI solutions that translate manufacturing needs into scalable technical outcomes. You will lead a cross-functional team, influence stakeholders across the organization, and balance project portfolio priorities while working primarily onsite in Ft. Worth with a hybrid cadence (one day per week remote).

  • Act as the primary ERP subject matter expert and translate manufacturing requirements into technical solutions
  • Own project intake and prioritize the project portfolio to align resources with business priorities
  • Manage and execute complex digital/IT projects to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes

  • US Citizen or US Permanent Resident

  • 7+ years of related IT experience
  • 2+ years of direct experience managing a team
  • Proven experience with enterprise business applications (ERP, BI, SCM, CRM)
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional IT projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly
