• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions utilizing platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, adapting methodologies to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Create, implement, and continually refine personalized treatment plans with measurable goals based on ongoing evaluations and patient progress.
• Collaborate with a remote team of mental health professionals, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate records of sessions, treatment plans, and patient progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to enhance the effectiveness of client interactions.

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals and families navigating various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will actively engage with clients from different cultural backgrounds, requiring an understanding of and sensitivity to their unique circumstances and needs. Your role is essential in empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being.

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience following licensure in a relevant setting.
• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluations and the formulation of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Commitment to delivering ethical, equitable, and culturally responsive care to all clients.

• Experience with telehealth practices and platforms to enhance the virtual therapy experience.
• Background in working with school-aged children and adolescents, as the role may involve collaboration with educational institutions.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care methodologies and strategies.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and the management of complex clinical cases.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
