Kadiak, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Technology Developer to support Kadiak and our government customer. The position is remote. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

We are seeking a Senior Technology Developer to join team in direct support in a hybrid role that combines advanced technical expertise with strategic program management capabilities. The aim is to drive innovation across multiple technology platforms. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate technology adoption, and deliver mission-critical solutions including ServiceNow Enterprise Platform, AI-driven initiatives, and Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership & Development

  • ServiceNow Platform Excellence: Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow applications that meet consumers' needs and enable mission outcomes
  • Artificial Intelligence Integration: Lead AI/ML initiatives to enhance enterprise platforms, automate processes, and improve user experience across DOE systems
  • Multi-Platform Architecture: Orchestrate technology solutions across ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI platforms, and emerging technologies

Program Management & Strategic Facilitation:

  • Cross-Platform Project Management: Lead complex, multi-technology projects involving ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI implementations, and system integrations
  • Resource Coordination: Act as technical facilitator connecting business requirements with appropriate technical resources and subject matter experts
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users to ensure alignment between technology solutions and mission objectives
  • Technology Roadmap Development: Create and maintain strategic technology roadmaps incorporating AI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and emerging platform capabilities

Mission-Critical Application Support:

  • Support enterprise applications including:AI-powered analytics and automation solutions
  • Stand up and integrate both ServiceNow and other applications including FreshWorks, Rocket Lane, and AI-enhanced tools.
  • Ensure delivery of solutions that advance the client’s mission through effective information management

Excelling as Stewards of Enterprise IT Resources:

  •  AI-Driven Optimization: Implement artificial intelligence solutions for platform consolidation, predictive analytics, and automated resource management
  • Cross-Platform Efficiency: Support efficient management across hundreds of active applications through intelligent automation and streamlined workflows
  • Zero-Downtime Migrations: Lead application migration projects while maintaining 100% operational continuity

Enhancing Information Security:

  • Enterprise Security Architecture: Implement security measures across ServiceNow, Salesforce, AI platforms, and integrated systems
  • AI Security & Ethics: Ensure responsible AI implementation with appropriate governance, bias mitigation, and security controls
  • Authentication & Authorization: Support authentication implementation and Salesforce security model optimization
  • Compliance Leadership: Ensure federal standards adherence across all technology platforms and AI implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
  •  ServiceNow Mastery: 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proven enterprise-scale implementations
  • AI/ML Proficiency: 3+ years implementing AI solutions, machine learning models, or intelligent automation in enterprise environments
  • Programming & Integration: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, REST/SOAP APIs, and multi-platform integration architectures

Program Management:

  • Project Leadership: 5+ years leading cross-functional technology projects with budgets exceeding $1M
  • Agile/Hybrid Methodologies: Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management frameworks
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing executive-level stakeholders and technical teams simultaneously
  • Federal Compliance: Experience with federal requirements, cybersecurity frameworks, and government IT governance
  • Advanced Certifications: ServiceNow CSA/CAD, Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator, AI/ML certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Federal AI Experience: Experience implementing AI solutions in government environments with appropriate governance and ethical considerations
  • Large-Scale Implementations: Experience supporting 1,000+ user environments across multiple technology platforms
  • Energy Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with government operations, energy initiatives, or federal agency digital transformation
  • Advanced Degree: Master's in Technology Management, Data Science, or MBA with technology focus

  • Platform Excellence: Maintain 100% uptime across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and AI-powered systems
  • User Experience: Support 1.4+ million user interactions with enhanced functionality through AI and automation
