DHD Consulting is seeking a motivated B2B Business Development Representative to help grow our recruiting and HR consulting business. This is a 100% remote, commission-only opportunity for professionals who enjoy building relationships and generating new business.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through phone, email, networking, and referrals.

Build relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers.

Present DHD Consulting’s recruiting and HR consulting services.

Negotiate and close new client agreements.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or professional services is preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
