Role Overview AI81Works is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Business Development to lead the growth and market expansion across Europe, North America, and the Gulf region. This strategic leadership role demands a strong combination of deep knowledge in the data and AI ecosystem and proven expertise in the executive search and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant recruitment or executive search experience, coupled with a passion and network in the Data & AI space, to drive business development, sales, and marketing activities over the long term.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year strategic business development plan to increase revenue and market presence in assigned regions. Lead and expand client acquisition efforts focused on Data & AI leadership hiring, leveraging the AI91TM platform's capabilities. Establish and deepen relationships with Cโ€suite executives, HR leaders, and key stakeholders in target organizations and industries.

Collaborate with the marketing and advisory teams to position AI81Works as the premier executive search partner for Data & AI leadership globally. Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and partnership initiatives to differentiate AI81Works and drive sustainable growth. Represent AI81Works at industry events, conferences, and networking forums globally to enhance brand recognition and lead generation.

Provide thought leadership on the recruitment of Data & AI executives and the evolving market dynamics in these sectors. Lead contract negotiations and close commercial deals aligning with company goals. Monitor business development metrics and report progress to executive leadership regularly.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with significant exposure to Data & AIโ€related roles. Proven track record of selling and growing business in multiple international markets, preferably Europe, North America, and the Gulf region. Deep understanding of the Data, Analytics, and AI leadership landscape, combined with a strong professional network in these domains.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage Cโ€level stakeholders effectively. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a resultsโ€driven approach. Experience working in or with technologyโ€focused executive search firms is highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in managing longโ€term client relationships and complex sales cycles. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
