Job Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supports the educational process by promoting positive behavioral change in students through assessment, consultation, and evidence-based interventions. This position collaborates with students, families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers to develop and implement behavior support plans, analyze student data, provide staff training, and monitor progress toward student goals. The BCBA plays a key role in fostering safe, supportive learning environments while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment Administration: Conduct functional behavior assessments, behavioral evaluations, and other assessments to identify student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Current National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification & Missouri State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
