This position supports a remote work environment, allowing counselors the flexibility to provide quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a collaborative outpatient team dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of young adults, employing a multi-disciplinary approach that involves regular communication and cooperation with fellow healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and insightful group sessions designed to offer participants a space to connect, share their experiences, and learn collaboratively.
• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions where clients can delve into their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and create actionable goals.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish customized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations, ensuring these designs are goal-oriented and measurable.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and qualitative feedback to track and evaluate clients’ advancements throughout their treatment journey, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with your colleagues within our multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and resolution of complex cases, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

Your work will focus primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic often facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. By fostering a supportive environment, you will help these clients navigate their experiences, enabling them to achieve sustainability and growth in their personal and professional lives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active LPC license in Texas, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with evidence-based therapies, and those who have worked with young adults will be given preference. Proficiency in using counseling software and electronic health records is also beneficial, enhancing efficiency in administrative tasks.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
