This position is fully remote, enabling you to work comfortably from your home while still maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with our interdisciplinary teams. You will be supported by peers, including psychiatrists and social workers, through regular virtual meetings and case consultations. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic frameworks.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients navigating acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and promoting appropriate coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' rights are upheld.
• Collaborate effectively with a range of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.
• Educate clients and their families on relevant mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing varying mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Emphasizing a culturally competent approach, you will adapt your therapeutic strategies to meet the specific cultural and personal needs of clients from all walks of life.

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Colorado.
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and development of treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting, providing direct mental health services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities to connect and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Engagement with diverse populations and a background in community health services.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
