• Conduct virtual assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
• Comfort with and confidence in using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation tools.
• Ability to effectively treat common mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Strong communication and relational skills that facilitate connection with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality, client-centered care.
