• Provide individual mental health counseling to students via secure video chat, employing ethical practices and demonstrating compassion in all interactions.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on in-depth assessments that address each client's unique concerns and circumstances.

As an LCSW within Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary focus will be young clients in a school setting. You will work closely with children and adolescents, helping them navigate various mental health challenges—including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues—tailoring every session to the emotional and developmental needs of each individual.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required; candidates must demonstrate they can practice independently without supervision and have no disciplinary actions on their license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital platforms for telehealth services.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in school social work or working with youth populations will be prioritized. • An attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 yearly, depending on hours worked and experience.
