In your role as a Remote LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment needs for each patient.
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring a tailored approach to therapy based on individual patient goals.
• Delivering ongoing psychotherapy sessions, maintaining ethical standards and a high level of clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to share insights and provide holistic care.
• Participating in regular case consultations to improve service delivery and patient care while engaging in peer review processes to maintain high standards of practice.
• Providing education to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
• Keeping abreast of the latest research methods in mental health treatment to implement new techniques into your clinical practice.

You will work with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Solid understanding of solution-focused interventions and psychotherapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of social determinants of mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices for remote therapy.
