• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare practitioners to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to empower clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary to address urgent client concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to contribute to holistic treatment approaches and optimal patient outcomes.

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals facing complex mental health issues often exacerbated by chronic illness or terminal diagnoses. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and their families through challenging times, helping them navigate emotional obstacles and fostering a sense of resilience and hope.

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program recognized by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly within the hospice or palliative care domain.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and mental health best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients, families, and colleagues.

While not required, prior experience in hospice care, grief counseling, or working with terminally ill clients would be considered advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth best practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems is also beneficial in this role.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
