• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, identifying areas of concern and strengths to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed, confidential client records that comply with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including doctors, nurses, and counselors to ensure coordinated care for each client.

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and early recovery, many of whom are dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression as they navigate their path to rehabilitation. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic process and requires a social worker who is culturally competent and sensitive to various experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

While at least two years of professional experience as an LCSW is required, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care or substance use treatment will be given preference. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is also advantageous in our remote setting.
