Family Law Attorney (Remote – Near Seattle, WA)

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a growing legal team serving clients throughout the Seattle area. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be located near Seattle, Washington for court appearances, client meetings, and local proceedings as needed.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values client advocacy, and has strong litigation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings
  • Handle matters involving divorce, custody, parenting plans, child support, and related family law issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence
  • Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal guidance
  • Collaborate with legal staff and leadership to ensure high-quality client service

Qualifications
