Job description

B2B Sales Representative - AI & Digital Marketing
Location: Remote - Latin America
Work Model: Fully Remote
Contract: Part-time / Contract
About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to help bring an innovative AI and digital marketing offer to the Latin American market.
The product is a $500 diagnostic designed for B2B founders, startups, SMEs and marketing leaders. It helps companies understand how their brand appears across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and how their visibility compares to competitors.
You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing. This is a hunter role: you will source your own leads, run your own outreach, start conversations with potential clients and turn qualified prospects into paying customers.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys cold outreach, opening new markets and selling products that are innovative or not yet widely understood.
What You'll Do
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of B2B prospects across Latin America.
  • Identify founders, marketing leaders, startups, SMEs and companies that could benefit from AI visibility and digital marketing solutions.
  • Research prospects and identify relevant business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls and other relevant channels.
  • Adapt messaging and outreach strategies based on the prospect and industry.
  • Start conversations with decision-makers and create interest in the diagnostic.
  • Use the company's AI visibility checker as a prospecting and sales tool to demonstrate potential value.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand the prospect's business, challenges and goals.
  • Present the diagnostic and communicate its business value clearly.
  • Handle objections and guide prospects toward a purchase decision.
  • Follow up consistently throughout the sales process.
  • Close new Blueprint sales and identify opportunities for potential ongoing engagements.
  • Track prospecting activity, conversations and opportunities in the relevant sales tools.
  • Continuously test and improve outreach messaging, channels and sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or cold outreach.
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate your own leads.
  • Experience selling through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email or cold calling.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, executives and marketing decision-makers.
  • Ability to explain an unfamiliar or innovative product in a simple and compelling way.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Based in Latin America.
  • Comfortable working with performance-based sales objectives.

Nice to Have
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, digital marketing, SEO or technology solutions.
  • Experience selling products or services with a higher level of education required before purchase.
  • Experience selling to founders, startups, SMEs or marketing teams.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience selling into the U.S. market.
  • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, Account Executive or Business Development Representative.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Experience as a U.S. expat living in Latin America or first-hand understanding of the challenges LATAM companies face when expanding into the U.S. market.

Who You'll Thrive Here
We're looking for someone who:
  • Thinks like a sales hunter, not someone who waits for inbound leads.
  • Enjoys finding the right prospects and creating opportunities from scratch.
  • Is comfortable hearing "no" and continuing to follow up.
  • Can sell something that prospects may not immediately understand.
  • Is curious about AI, search, marketing and emerging technologies.
  • Takes ownership of their pipeline and results.
  • Enjoys working in an early-stage environment where processes are still evolving.
  • Is resourceful and willing to test different approaches to find what works.
  • Can balance persistence with a consultative approach to sales.

What You'll Get
  • Company email address and sales infrastructure.
  • Product training and a 1:1 walkthrough before starting.
  • A clear Ideal Customer Profile and guidance on who to target.
  • Initial outreach scripts and messaging frameworks.
  • Access to an AI visibility checker that can be used as a sales hook.
  • Email templates and prospecting resources.
  • Curated platforms and directories where potential customers can be found.
  • Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on sales performance.
  • The opportunity to sell an innovative AI-related product in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Performance-based earning potential with no cap.

What Success Looks Like
Your primary objective is simple: build pipeline and generate revenue.
Success means consistently identifying relevant prospects, starting conversations with decision-makers, converting those conversations into Blueprint sales, and creating opportunities for longer-term client relationships.
