As a remote mental health therapist, you will work from the comfort of your own home while leveraging technology to connect with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and circumstances.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using diverse modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Set and track therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and concerns, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress management. By addressing both immediate psychological needs and long-term personal growth, our therapists are equipped to navigate complex emotional landscapes while fostering resilience and coping strategies among clients.

• A current and valid state license as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities necessary for remote work.

• Previous experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly in a teletherapy capacity.
• Prior involvement with diverse populations, particularly those facing socio-economic challenges or barriers to access mental health services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and level of experience. Additional benefits include:
