• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient status, utilizing tools like the DSM-5 to determine mental health conditions and design individualized care plans.
• Continual Monitoring: Regularly assess patient progress and implement targeted interventions to address ongoing mental health needs, ensuring that care evolves alongside patient circumstances.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and reports, adhering to regulatory compliance and departmental standards, using the latest technology to streamline documentation processes.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
• Educational Support: Mentor and provide educational opportunities for students, interns, and volunteers, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth within the clinic.

Your primary focus will be supporting children, adolescents, and families impacted by cancer diagnoses. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally working with children and families.

• Experience providing therapy in school settings or with school-aged children is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions specific to pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with cancer-related support services, including community resources available for affected families.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
