• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including clinical interviews and diagnostic evaluations, to gauge clients' mental health needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, drawing on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions, tailored to individual, family, or group dynamics, fostering a safe space for exploration and growth.
