• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.
• Provide educational support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies that promote wellness.
• Monitor and document client progress carefully, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork by partnering with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments within the field of mood disorders to consistently enhance treatment methods.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the trust and safety of those served.
• Participate in ongoing training, case discussions, and team meetings to share insights and foster professional development among colleagues.

This role primarily focuses on individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. • A valid, current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
