Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct behavioral health services, including thorough assessments and tailored counseling plans, primarily for Black birthing families.
  • Coordinate with prenatal care teams, including midwives, doulas, and lactation consultants, to ensure integrated care approaches.
  • Facilitate childbirth education and postpartum peer support groups, offering valuable resources and fostering community connections.
