• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their mental health needs.
• Document client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely communication and continuity of care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to evaluate and monitor clients’ progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans, promoting client engagement and adherence to therapeutic goals.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community service partners, facilitating effective resource navigation for clients.
• Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders to meet contract obligations and promote Wickersley Care Group's mission within the broader community.
• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences and workshops, as well as representing the agency in various community forums.
• Advocate for the agency’s philosophy and principles through active participation in task forces and committees relevant to mental health care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall function of the organization.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license, recognized by the state board.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills based on professional expertise and experience.

• Previous experience working in a remote or telehealth setting is advantageous.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities or specialty treatments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical software.
