Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

3PL Inc. – Third Party Labour Leasing Inc.

Position Overview

3PL Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of candidate applications, employee onboarding, and recruitment administration.

This role is responsible for reviewing incoming resumes, maintaining an organized candidate database, responding to applicants, creating employee profiles in Dayforce, and ensuring all required onboarding documentation is collected and properly filed prior to assignment.

This is a remote, part-time administrative position focused on maintaining an organized recruitment pipeline and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Resume & Candidate Management

  • Review and sort incoming resumes from job boards such as ZipRecruiter and other recruitment sources
  • Maintain an organized candidate database for current and future opportunities
  • Identify candidates who meet basic job requirements and flag them for internal review
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and application statuses
  • Ensure candidate information is organized and easily accessible

Applicant Communication

  • Send acknowledgement emails to applicants
  • Respond to candidate inquiries regarding available opportunities
  • Send professional decline emails to candidates not moving forward in the hiring process
  • Maintain timely, professional, and respectful communication with applicants
  • Ensure all applicants receive appropriate follow-up where required

Employee Onboarding Support

  • Distribute onboarding documentation to selected candidates
  • Collect and track required employment documentation
  • Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding onboarding requirements
  • Ensure onboarding packages are complete prior to assignment

Dayforce Administration

  • Create new employee profiles within Dayforce (Ceridian)
  • Enter employee information accurately and completely into the system
  • Upload and organize onboarding documentation within employee files
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Ensure employee files are complete and organized

Administrative Support

  • Assist with interview scheduling when required
  • Maintain recruitment and onboarding records
  • Support the recruitment team with general administrative and coordination tasks
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment process

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks consistently and efficiently
  • Comfortable working with digital documents and online systems
  • Experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) or similar HR/payroll systems is required
  • Previous recruitment, staffing, HR, or administrative experience is considered an asset
