You'll lead testing and validation efforts for data pipelines, ETL workflows, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions while championing best practices for data quality across the organization.
Working closely with analysts, data engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will drive automation initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help establish a culture where quality is embedded throughout the data lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted advocate for data integrity, ensuring that the data and insights our organization relies on are accurate, consistent, and dependable.
If you enjoy collaborating with others, solving complex data challenges, and helping teams deliver trusted analytics with confidence, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Review product requirements, specifications, and design artifacts to proactively identify quality risks and opportunities for improved testability.

  • Participate in release planning and execution, ensuring quality metrics, test results, and readiness assessments are communicated to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Maintain and continuously improve QA processes, tools, automation frameworks, and best practices to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor application performance, support troubleshooting of production issues, and assist with replicating and diagnosing customer reported defects.

  • Report quality metrics, testing outcomes, and improvement recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Act as a backup quality engineer for other IT functional areas

  • On-call support may be required on an as needed basis or part of a rotating schedule, including availability outside of business hours to support urgent IT issues or system implementations.

  • Explore diverse perspectives and consistently behave sensitively toward differences in cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating. Work effectively with others who have different perspectives, backgrounds, and/or work styles.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support team objectives and organizational goals, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving priorities and needs.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five or more years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, including manual and automated testing.

  • Experience testing data and analytics products, including data validation and reporting solutions.

  • Proficiency with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and defect tracking tools, with working knowledge of SQL and Python.
