Job Overview

Fix is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our remote team. This position serves as an important point of contact between the company and its customers, providing responsive customer support while assisting with order-related questions, product information, and general service inquiries.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a positive customer experience. You will work remotely while assisting customers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
