This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a skilled and organized Medical Front Desk / Admin Assistant to support their medical practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent role and possesses excellent customer service and administrative skills. Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails professionally, ensuring patient queries are handled promptly.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Respond to patient messages across multiple channels (phone, text, patient portal, email).
  • Prepare patient charts before appointments, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Upload scribe notes, lab results, patient handouts, and care plans into the system.
  • Order and schedule lab tests according to provider instructions.
  • Assist with prescribing workflows and coordinate with pharmacies to fulfill patient prescriptions.
  • Provide service estimates and process patient payments as needed.
