Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1-3 years experience) for a contractual remote role based in Korea, focused on the Korea market.

This is a client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Expert Engagement Management

  • Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on Korea-related projects
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
  • Coordinate effectively between clients and experts across regions

2. Research & Consulting Support

  • Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Korea
  • Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
  • Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision-making

3. Client Support & Delivery

  • Support ongoing client engagement and project execution
  • Assist in managing client requests and ensuring smooth delivery of outcomes
  • Help maintain high client satisfaction and responsiveness

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal global teams to deliver Korea-focused projects
