• Work in concert with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, fostering an integrated care approach that ensures holistic support.

This role requires a sensitivity to and appreciation for cultural differences, as you will be working with clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your ability to establish rapport and create trusting therapeutic relationships will be key in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with an ability to build connections and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Proven cultural competence, allowing for effective engagement and service delivery across various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate client records and timely documentation of treatment plans and session notes.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting, with a focus on outpatient therapy.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms to facilitate remote sessions.
