• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to discern clients’ mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that address their specific circumstances.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to implement evidence-based therapy, adapting techniques to align with individual client preferences and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate ongoing conversations with clients to set therapeutic objectives, providing continuous support and adjustments throughout the treatment journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, ensuring that interventions are as effective as possible.
• Accurately document therapy sessions, ensuring timely updates on client progress and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and other mental health challenges. • A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is minimum; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, allowing you to build strong rapport with clients and facilitate effective therapy sessions.
• A compassionate approach, characterized by empathy and understanding towards clients’ experiences, is critical for success in this role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time in a remote working environment are imperative for maintaining therapy and documentation practices.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with remote engagement techniques.
• Knowledge and experience with diverse therapeutic approaches and techniques, as well as familiarity with mental health issues across various demographics.
• Previous experience working in community-based settings or with underserved populations is a plus, enhancing your ability to address unique client needs.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with your caseload and level of experience.
