• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain deep insights into clients’ mental health concerns, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans that address their unique situations.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques during individual therapy sessions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting and therapeutic alliance with clients.
