As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, evaluating patients’ mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans based on the latest protocols and methodologies.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), selecting the best approach in response to individual client circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely documentation that enhances communication with other healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver holistic, coordinated care to your clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and discussing client progress to optimize treatment pathways and approaches.
• Educate and empower clients and their families, providing them with essential resources and strategies for managing mental health issues.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health, and implement this knowledge into your therapeutic sessions.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, focusing on the provision of psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for assessing client needs and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• The capability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
