Work Environment

This position is designed for a remote work setting, providing flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still engaging closely with clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, gathering relevant histories and identifying mental health needs to tailor individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, ensuring the best fit for each client.
  • Utilize behavioral approaches and therapeutic activities to empower clients towards making positive behavioral changes and achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
  • An active and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental health principles.
