This position is designed for a remote work setting, providing flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still engaging closely with clients. Our virtual platform supports video conferencing for therapy sessions, as well as secure electronic medical record systems for maintaining comprehensive client documentation. As part of our community health clinic, you will have access to ongoing training and a network of mental health professionals to collaborate with.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, gathering relevant histories and identifying mental health needs to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, ensuring the best fit for each client.
• Utilize behavioral approaches and therapeutic activities to empower clients towards making positive behavioral changes and achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records, documenting progress, treatment adjustments, and outcomes using electronic medical record systems.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge base in the field of mental health.

The clients you will work with include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental health principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and telehealth platforms, with a keen aptitude for embracing new technologies.

• Experience working in a community mental health setting or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and evidence-based practices.
• A background in group therapy facilitation would be an asset.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between $90,000 and $110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
