The Role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our retention engine. You'll be the architect behind how we nurture leads, convert hesitant buyers, and turn first-time customers into lifelong advocates.

Our email program already delivers strong results—but we know there's more on the table. Your job is to find it. You'll optimize what's working, rebuild what isn't, and expand into SMS and WhatsApp to meet customers where they are.

What You'll Own

Klaviyo will be your domain. Automations, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability—all of it. You'll develop lifecycle strategies across the full customer journey, from first touch through repeat purchase and referral. You'll build out our SMS and WhatsApp capabilities from scratch, creating a true multi-channel retention ecosystem. You'll run cohort analyses to understand customer behavior and translate insights into action. You'll collaborate with creative and product teams to develop campaigns that educate, engage, and convert.

What We're Looking For

You must have hands-on Klaviyo experience—not just familiarity, but real depth in building flows, managing lists, and troubleshooting deliverability. You should have a track record at an 8-figure e-commerce brand where you've demonstrably improved retention metrics. You need to show evidence of strategic thinking: cohort analysis, LTV optimization, churn reduction, or similar work that proves you understand the "why" behind the tactics. A bias toward action is essential—you see a gap, you fix it. You don't wait for permission.
