Job Description: 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Hot Side Service Technician to join our team. As a Hot Side Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers. 
Responsibilities: 
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers. 
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. 
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. 
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete service calls and projects. 
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. 
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients. 
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment. 
Requirements: 
- High school diploma or equivalent. 
- Proven experience as a Hot Side Service Technician or similar role. 
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Strong communication and customer service skills. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks. 
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
